The Eostre Hare necklace The Eostre Hare necklace Eostre Hare necklace Pentagram and moon gazing hares on an antique bronze necklace £5.95 Quantity: at £5.95 each Add To Basket The "Eostre Hare" necklace is designed by Faeriefer and inspired by the pagan festival of Eostre, which celebrates the Goddess of Spring. Eostre is a great northern goddess whose symbol was a rabbit or hare. For this necklace I have chosen a vintage bronze style pentagram with two leaping hares on an 18 inch antique bronze chain. The myth of the moon gazing hare in particular reflects ancient Pagan beliefs. The hare signifies the fertility of Spring and of new life as the sun returns to the earth. Pagans believe that seeing a moon gazing hare would bring growth, re-birth, abundance, new beginnings and good fortune. Sacred to the Goddess of Spring, the magical moon gazing hare symbolizes the tides, seasons and fertility of nature. The necklace comes wrapped in tissue paper and a pretty organza gift bag.
